Mr. M. B. Lal
Mr. M. B. Lal is a visionary leader with over four decades of professional experience in engineering, project management, and consultancy. A Gold Medalist in Civil Engineering (B.E., 1976), he began his distinguished career with Engineers India Ltd., one of India’s leading engineering consultancy organizations, where he served for more than 30 years.
During his tenure, Mr. Lal played a key role in the planning and execution of several complex projects, gaining extensive experience in strategic leadership, systems thinking, and operational excellence. His ability to combine strong technical expertise with effective management principles laid the foundation for his successful entrepreneurial journey.
After an accomplished corporate career, he established his own consultancy with a vision to deliver high-quality professional services driven by innovation, integrity, and client trust. Today, as Chairman & CEO, Mr. Lal provides strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring it continues to evolve in response to the changing demands of technology-driven industries.
