Mr. M. B. Lal
Mr. M. B. Lal is a visionary leader with over four decades of professional experience in engineering, project management, and consultancy. A Gold Medalist in Civil Engineering (B.E., 1976), he began his distinguished career with Engineers India Ltd., one of India’s leading engineering consultancy organizations, where he served for more than 30 years.
During his tenure, Mr. Lal played a key role in the planning and execution of several complex projects, gaining extensive experience in strategic leadership, systems thinking, and operational excellence. His ability to combine strong technical expertise with effective management principles laid the foundation for his successful entrepreneurial journey.
After an accomplished corporate career, he established his own consultancy with a vision to deliver high-quality professional services driven by innovation, integrity, and client trust. Today, as Chairman & CEO, Mr. Lal provides strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring it continues to evolve in response to the changing demands of technology-driven industries.
His leadership philosophy focuses on building sustainable businesses, fostering innovation, and maintaining strong ethical values in every engagement.
Mr. Atul Gupta, a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Financial Advisor with 30+ years of experience in strategic leadership, business advisory, and corporate finance across Information Technology, IT Products, Consulting, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Mining, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors. Expertise includes fund raising, project finance, working capital management, financial restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, business valuations, tax planning, and risk management.
Proven ability in driving profitability through effective cash flow management, pricing strategies, cost optimization, and performance improvement. Highly skilled in corporate governance, policy development, internal controls, regulatory compliance (IndAS/IFRS, GST, ICDS), and financial reporting.
Experienced in advising promoters, CEOs, and leadership teams on sustainable growth strategies, investment decisions, and business transformation. Recognized for delivering practical financial solutions, strengthening organizational performance, and creating long-term stakeholder value through strategic planning, disciplined execution, and strong leadership.
